Service Description

Hair is analyzed for strength, moisture and overall composition. This style is based on your hair needs, strengths and weaknesses. This service includes a clarifying or hydrating shampoo followed by an oiled scalp massage, deep conditioning steam treatment and gentle detangling. Hair is blow dried and pre-parted 9-12 cornrows in front | 9-10 rows in back from nape to crown (depending on head size). This style is done to mid back unless otherwise requested. Ends can be curled or left straight. Edges are laid, mousse is applied then placed under dryer to set. **NEW CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK A CONSULTATION BEFORE SERVICE AND APPOINTMENT TIME CAN BE CONFIRMED** PLEASE NOTE: This service has a specific time duration. If for any reason servicing takes longer than the designated time duration, 15% of your service price will be billed hourly until service is completed.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Agreement At B Dazzled, I take great pride in providing exceptional service. As the sole stylist of B Dazzled, financial stability is required to be able to continue to provide you with quality service. Therefore, enforcing my booking policy is essential to maintaining that stability. To confirm your appointment, I do require 25% of your service price as a deposit (e.g. $240 total | $60 deposit). The rest will be due upon completion of your service. Certain 'Add-On Services' will need to be included in the deposit to secure required materials beforehand. Those are as follows: any Human Hair Add-On. By booking an appointment you agree to the cancellation policy outlined below: Cancellation/Rescheduling: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. It is kindly requested that you notify 20 hours before the appointed time. If not notified, deposit will not be refunded. One reschedule time is allowed. If unable to reschedule new appointment within 10 hours after missed appointment, deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book. Illness: If you are feeling unwell, I kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. My health, your health and the health of other clients in the building is of utmost importance. I will gladly work with you to reschedule. NO CALL/NO SHOW: A “no call/no show” incident is defined as the absence of a client from their scheduled appointment without prior notification. In the event this occurs, the client is prohibited from making future appointments and deposit will be forfeited. I, more than anyone, understand emergencies and unforeseen events do occur. Should you find yourself in such a situation, please reach out so adjustments can be made to your appointment. Your understanding and adherence to this policy is greatly appreciated and helps to keep a respectful and professional environment. In the rare instance that I need to reschedule your appointment, it will be scheduled at a time most convenient for you. If we cannot agree on an appointed date and time, your deposit will be refunded. By booking this service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood my booking policy. You agree to be responsible for any deposits forfeited resulting from a violation of this policy. I do require a signed copy of this agreement before we can proceed with your appointment.
